Why we exist
UK companies are good at inventing and branding. They are less good at the decade of docketing that follows. Files live with whichever attorney last filed, renewals arrive as surprises, and a buyer’s counsel rebuilds the story from scratch.
We sit on the company side of that table. We instruct registered patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys where the work is reserved. We keep the calendar, the assignments, the watch, and the board narrative. The point is a portfolio you can explain in twenty minutes.
Whitecliff Close is in Fallowfield, two miles from the city centre. Meetings happen here, in client offices, or on a video call that still ends with a written action list the same day.
